Where do you build?
Typically within an hour of Spring Hill or Columbia, Tennessee

What is your price per square foot?
We are not a price per square foot builder, as every individual home, its finishes, and the land it is built on are different. Our niche home builds are from $750,000 - $1.5 Million, but are not limited to that.

Are you a cost plus builder?
No, we are a fixed price builder. As a fixed price builder, we are better able to help you stick to your desired build cost. We do this by having thorough design meetings up front, to capture all of your design wishes, and budget accordingly.

Can I bring my own house plan or will we draft one together?
Either one! We prefer to go through the house plan design with you so that we can give input and consideration where needed based on our experience, but we can build from your own architectural plans if they are complete.

What is your typical build process?
Once you are ready to get started, we begin with the Pre-Contract Phase. During this we begin drafting plans together, walk through design elements, and begin forming a budget. Once plans are finalized and price is agreed upon, we are ready to go under contract and begin your build!

How long does it take to build a home?
The timeframe depends on each individal project, as location, land, and the complexity of the home all play a part. However, build time is usually between 7-9 months.

Who handles permits and inspections?
We do! Our team will handle all necessary permits and inspections required throughout the build. Each client is also encouraged to schedule their own 3rd party home inspection at the end of the build.

How are changes handled during the project?
Changes that are outside of the budget of the project are captured in an approved change order after the scope of the change is determined, including: timeline affect, cost affect, etc.

How do you handle communication during the project?
